About Radius Seaview Retirement Park
Radius Seaview is a purpose built residential home for the elderly
with fantastic views, a stimulating entertainment programme and
a strong emphasis on home life.
We offer a range of medical and allied health services. Set in
over an acre of lush gardens and surrounded by native bush, Seaview
is 15 minutes away from Whangarei's CBD. Various sports clubs,
a tavern, cafes and shops are a few minutes away. We have regular
shopping trips and weekly visits to many places around the district.
We welcome your inspection and would be proud to show potential
residents and their loved ones the quality of our integrated life
care.

Meals
Fruit and vegetables are obtained from local suppliers where
possible and prepared on site by our dedicated cooks.
A dietician is involved in menu selection ensuring excellent
nutritional content and a variety of meals. Individual likes and
dislikes are catered for and specialised diets are provided as
requested.
Meals can be taken in the resident's own room or in
one of two communal dining areas.
Outdoor, al fresco dining in the summer months is enjoyed by
everyone.
Activities & Entertainment:
Our Activities Co-ordinator provides an interesting and varied
programme, individualised to each residents needs and preferences.
Participation in all events is optional. We have an Excursions
Co-ordinator who organises trips out in the Seaview van at least
twice a week.
Destinations vary from simple shopping trips, through to visits
to local areas of interest and events through to excursions further
afield such as to the West Coast or Bay of Islands for example.

This is provided at a small charge. Come along and join in with
the activities or excursions programme we'd love to have your
